How To Build A Simple Bench – Entryway DIY Project

Today I am going to show you how to build a simple bench. I installed this in my front door entryway, and it is a beginner-friendly project that anyone can do!

This is a really simple yet extremely elegant bench for the interior of an entryway.

It’s a simple woodwork project that can easily be adapted to suit most locations in anyone’s home.

A few things worth mentioning, the bench frame is made from maple, to match our maple floor and the benchtop is white oak to match our interior.

To make this build even more simple for lesser experienced people, I would skip the 45-degree mitres and just screw and but the joints of the frame.

Also purchasing ready-milled lumber will make things a lot easier for the less equipped.

For this project I used:

Titebond 2 glue:

Osmo Oil Finish

White application pads

Tools that I used:

Rigid Router

Festool Vacuum

Festool Sander

Dewalt Drills

Dewalt Laser Level

Dewalt Nail Gun

Tech Stuff

Sony A6400

Memory Card

Camera Mic 1
